The second most frequent thing I hear is "I don't know how to tie a scarf!". The quickest solution is the infinity scarf. Put it around your neck and wear it long, or twist it in the middle, put it back over your head to form a double loop. Instant fashion! Check out a couple Orange Scarf women wearing their new infinity scarves on the Facebook page.
Another option is to Google "How to tie a scarf" and watch one of the many videos on how to tie a scarf a zillion ways...personally, I can be a little intimidated by the master scarf tiers, so I pause it a lot while watching! There are also a number of print and online guides to different scarf knots. Wikihow has a good basic guide: "Ten ways to tie a scarf around the neck". Here's a great Pinterest board with tutorials: 120+ Scarf Tying Tutorials. And last but not least, there are books: How to Tie a Scarf: 33 Styles by Potter Style and 50 Ways to Wear a Scarf by Lauren Friedman.
The most important thing to know is that there is no wrong way to wear a scarf!
One of the most frequent questions I am asked when I am selling scarves is "Do you only sell orange scarves?", followed quickly by "how did you come up with the name Orange Scarf? It must seem a little funny that someone would sell only orange scarves! In fact, I admit it, orange is not one of my favorite colors.
